Ingredients
- Cooked and shredded rotisserie chicken – 2 cups
- Minced garlic – 2 cloves
- Ranch Dressing Seasoning mix -2 tbsp
- Condensed cream of chicken soup -1 can
- Sour cream -1 cup
- Shredded mozzarella cheese – 2 cups
- Cooked, drained, and crumbled bacon – 7 slices
- Cooked and drained penne pasta – 8 ounces
Instructions
- First preheat the microwave oven at around 350 degrees temperature.
- Now in 9×13 inch casserole baking dish add 2 cups of Cooked and shredded rotisserie chicken.
- Add 2 tbs of minced garlic cloves.
- Add condensed cream of chicken soup around 1 can.
- Add 2 tablespoons of seasoning mix.
- Add 1 cup of sour cream.
- Now add 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Now combine all the ingredients nicely.
- Keep 4 tablespoons aside and add rest of the crumbled bacon in this mixture.
- Add Cooked and drained penne pasta to the mixture and stir gently so that the pasta gets a coating of the sauce.
- Now transfer the mixture into the pan. Try to spread evenly.
- Add left over crumbled bacon and shredded mozzarella cheese on the top of pasta.
- Now place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for around 15 to 20 minutes.
- When the cheese melt and starts seeing bubble in the dish turn off the oven and serve hot to your lovely family, especially kids.
Tips
- You can bake the dish uncovered or covered it’s up to you. Baking the pasta uncovered will give it a crispy texture on the top.
- If you don’t have canned soup you can add alfredo sauce.
- If you want to make more just double the quantity.
- If you don’t prefer to use rotisserie chicken, you can use cooked chicken breasts.
- You can use ready minced garlic available in jar in the market instead of fresh cloves.
