Weight Watchers Chocolate Pumpkin Muffins – Dessert Recipes

Our today recipe is about delicious and moist chocolate pumpkin muffins. Fall is about to start and pumpkins are the best part about it. They are sweet enough to get over your sweet cravings and healthy enough to have in your diet. Made with pumpkin puree, these are the best muffins you can let your kids have without any stress!

Be sure to make it in 2 or 3 batches and store it in refrigerator to have it later with a hot cup of coffee.

Ingredients List:

  • 1 full box devil food cake mix
  • 1 fresh can of pumpkin puree or 15oz canned pumpkin puree
  • Half cup water

Tip: Add few almonds, walnuts and choco chips to make muffins crispy and crunchy.

Instructions – How to Make:

  • Take a bowl and mix together full box of devil food cake mixture and fresh pumpkin puree.
  • Slowly add water and mix them together and make sure there are no lumps in the mixture. Add nuts and choco chips if required.
  • Grease the muffin trays well and sprinkle some flour.
  • Preheat oven and bake muffins for 30 minutes at 350 degree. Check whether they are cooked or not by pricking them with knife.
