Microwave Brownie In A Mug Recipe

Are you craving both healthy and delicious brownies? If yes then you can try microwave brownie in a mug no egg recipe.

It is a quick and easy recipe and can be prepared in just 5 minutes. You don’t need to use eggs here and hence vegan people can even eat it.

The brownie is warm, chocolaty and require few ingredients to make.

 

Ingredients Required

  • Three tablespoons of all-purpose flour
  • Two tablespoons granulated sugar
  • One tablespoon of cocoa powder
  • One tablespoon of mini chocolate chips
  • ⅛ th tablespoon salt
  • ¼ the tablespoon baking powder
  • ½ tablespoon vanilla extract
  • One tablespoon milk
  • One tablespoon of vegetable oil

Preparation Method

  1. Take a 12 oz microwave-safe mug and you have to add there all the dry ingredients like all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, granulated sugar and cocoa powder.
  2. Add all the wet ingredients, such as milk, vegetable oil and vanilla extract, to the microwave cup.
  3. Combine all the ingredients.
  4. Sprinkle some mini chocolate chips on the top of it. Now keep the mug inside the microwave and cook for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Take out the mug from the microwave. You can cook for few more minutes if your brownie is still wet.
  5. Allow the brownie to cool down for almost one minute, and then enjoy.
