It is a quick and easy recipe and can be prepared in just 5 minutes. You don’t need to use eggs here and hence vegan people can even eat it.

Ingredients Required
- Three tablespoons of all-purpose flour
- Two tablespoons granulated sugar
- One tablespoon of cocoa powder
- One tablespoon of mini chocolate chips
- ⅛ th tablespoon salt
- ¼ the tablespoon baking powder
- ½ tablespoon vanilla extract
- One tablespoon milk
- One tablespoon of vegetable oil
Preparation Method
- Take a 12 oz microwave-safe mug and you have to add there all the dry ingredients like all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, granulated sugar and cocoa powder.
- Add all the wet ingredients, such as milk, vegetable oil and vanilla extract, to the microwave cup.
- Combine all the ingredients.
- Sprinkle some mini chocolate chips on the top of it. Now keep the mug inside the microwave and cook for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Take out the mug from the microwave. You can cook for few more minutes if your brownie is still wet.
- Allow the brownie to cool down for almost one minute, and then enjoy.
