  • 100 milliliters of creme(strictly avoid heavy toned creme)
  • 500gms of minced meat
  • One big pack of tomatoes
  • 200 gms of grated cheese
  • Six eggs
  • 1 cup of Fraiche creme
  • One chopped onion
  • One can chopped tomatoes
  • nutmeg( avoid using if allergic)
  • Salt and pepper
  • Herbs (oregano, basil or thyme)
  • Oil (as per requirement)

PROCEDURE – How to Cook:

Making low carb egg lasagna plate is a bit time consuming, and a bit of hard work is required, for your better understanding the procedure is broken into four divisions:

Step 1

Break the six eggs and whisk them thoroughly, now take the baking plate and spread the baking paper on top of it, and gently spread the egg mass over and distribute it evenly. Quickly put the tray into the oven and bake it at 80-100 degrees, make sure you keep a check on the egg mass.

Before trying the dish into the oven, pour the creamy white sauce that is set aside and sprinkle it grated cheese. Bake the egg lasagna at a temperature of 180 degrees for 20minutes.
