This low carb pancake is made of hazelnuts which are loaded with dietary fiber that will help in weight management. It further contains low-fat milk, which has 2.25% less fat than whole milk, helping you in weight loss, along with it, it will keep your hunger pangs and weight in check.
Ingredient List:
To make these low carb pancakes, you need:
- Two eggs
- 125 grams of hazelnuts
- 5 ml of liquid sweetener
- Two tablespoons of flour or protein powder
- One teaspoon for cinnamon powder
- low-fat milk, as much as needed
- One pinch of salt
- oil to fry
Tools Required:
- a mixing bowl
- an electronic hand mixer
- a coated pan
- ladle
PROCEDURE – How to Cook:
This is a very easy and quick recipe. So you can even prepare it for your teenage kids or yourself on weekdays.
- Crack the eggs and add it to a mixing bowl.
- Now, add the hazelnuts, liquid sweetener, flour and cinnamon, salt and milk. If you are in a strict weight loss regimen, replace the flour with protein powder. Take ⅓ rd tablespoon of protein powder for each one tablespoon of flour.
- Mix with an electronic hand mixer. Pour and whisk with enough milk to make a smooth viscous paste.
- Now place a hot pan on the stove. Brush some oil. Fill a ladle with enough dough batter and spread it in a circular format on the pan. Fry on both sides till golden brown.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon powder. Serve hot.
