Creamy Garlic Chicken Pasta Recipe

Creamy garlic chicken pasta is made from ingredients like pasta, chicken, spinach and garlic.

You can make this recipe in 30 minutes. Chicken and spinach add flavor to the dish.

After the dish becomes cool, you can even store the leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for almost four days.

Ingredients 

  • 10 ounces of dry pasta
  •  Boneless and skinless chicken breast.
  • One teaspoon of garlic powder
  • One teaspoon of Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • One teaspoon paprika
  • Two tablespoons of olive oil
  • One tablespoon of butter
  • Four cloves of minced garlic
  • 1 cup of diced tomatoes 
  • 2 cups of spinach
  • 2 cups of heavy cream
  • ½ cup of parmesan cheese

Procedure

  1. Boil water in a pot. Add the pasta into it and boil as per the package instructions.
  2. Now, take chicken breasts and season both sides with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Add some olive oil in a medium size pan and heat it. Add chicken breasts into it and cook for 5 minutes on both sides. Set it aside after cooking.
  4. Add some butter to the same pan and cook garlic for one or two minutes. Then add spinach and tomatoes and cook for 3-4 minutes. Cook the tomatoes and spinach at least until they become soft.
  5. Reduce the heat and add heavy cream and parmesan cheese. Whisk both until creamy. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Drain the pasta from the boiled water. Cut the cooked chicken breast into cubes. Add the boiled pasta and chicken cubes to the pan while you were cooking tomatoes and spinach.
  7. Stir everything properly and serve.
