So, I am again here with a delicious and mesmerizing recipe for chocolate chip muffins. The moist, tender, and soft muffins can be easily made by anyone.
Even if you do not know baking or cooking, you can prepare these muffins. Just follow a few simple steps and you will be able to give your tummy a delicious delight.
You can also serve the dessert at small parties, get-togethers, or can also keep it at your kid’s birthday party. Everybody likes chocolate and muffins, so no one will deny eating them. These also have fewer carbs and fats as compared to other muffins and desserts.
You can have these even if you are on a diet. This will work as a cheat meal but still will not increase the number of fats in your body.
The best part is you can prepare this chocolate chip muffins with normal kitchen equipment and you won’t have to get any fancy utensils as it needs normal equipment that are usually available in kitchen.

Ingredients required for making chocolate chips muffins:
- 2 cups of all-purpose flour
- ½ cup of granulated sugar
- ½ small spoon of salt
- 1 and half small spoon of baking powder
- 1 cup chocolate chips, you can have some extra for toppings
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 egg
- ½ small spoon of vanilla extract
- 4 spoons of vegetable oil
Instructions to be followed for making the chocolate chips muffins at home:
- Start preheating the oven to 375F degrees, along with it prepare a 12 cup muffin tin with paper liners.
- Take a big bowl and add the all-purpose flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder to the bowl and whisk it properly and combine everything.
- Now, add the chocolate chips into the mixture of flour you prepared in the first 2 steps. After adding the chips, stir everything so that everything gets combined properly.
- Use 2 cup size liquid measuring cups to measure the milk.
- Add the egg, vanilla, and vegetable oil and start whisking them together properly with a fork.
- Now keep the dry ingredients and pour the wet ingredients into it and next stir these both gently.
- Put the batter into the 12 muffin cups, filling them about ⅔ to ¾. This mixture is enough to make 12 to 16 muffins.
- Top the muffins with the extra chocolate chips and start to bake.
- Bake the muffins for 20 mins at 375F degrees and check that the top becomes lightly golden. Insert a toothpick into the muffin and if it comes out clean, stop baking and your muffins are ready to be served.
