Main Ingredients:

  • Chopped head romaine lettuce
  • garlic powder
  • lean ground beef
  • onion powder
  • Italian seasoning
  • salt, and black pepper

Burger Sauce:

  • sour cream
  • ketchup
  • soy sauce
  • garlic powder
  • onion powder
  • maple syrup
  • salt, and black pepper

Veggies:

  • 2-3 sliced avocado
  • ½ sliced red onion
  • sliced 2 large pickles
  • 2 cup cherry tomatoes

You can exclude any of the above toppings or veggies as per your taste. 

Instructions:

  1. Lets prepare the burger in a bowl, first Heat the frying pan and put the minced beef to it, then add 1 teaspoon of onion powder, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, and 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning in it. 
  2. After now, add the salt and black pepper as per your taste. Cook the beef with all the spices until it gets browned for almost 5-7 minutes. Remove all the excess liquid and turn off the gas.
  3. The next step is to make the burger sauce. For that, you need to combine – 4 tablespoon of sour cream, 4 tablespoon of ketchup, 2 tablespoon of soy sauce, ½ tsp of garlic powder, ½ tsp of onion powder, ½ tsp of maple syrup, and salt and black pepper as per your taste. Mix all these together to make the burger sauce. 
  4. Now time for assembling all these together. Place a large head layer of lettuce, add the tossed beef, and cover with avocado, red onions, pickles, and halved cherry tomatoes.
  5. Top off each bowl by sprinkling the burger sauce over the placed ingredients. At the end, drizzle some salt and black pepper as per the taste.
