Main Ingredients:
- Chopped head romaine lettuce
- garlic powder
- lean ground beef
- onion powder
- Italian seasoning
- salt, and black pepper
Burger Sauce:
- sour cream
- ketchup
- soy sauce
- garlic powder
- onion powder
- maple syrup
- salt, and black pepper
Veggies:
- 2-3 sliced avocado
- ½ sliced red onion
- sliced 2 large pickles
- 2 cup cherry tomatoes
You can exclude any of the above toppings or veggies as per your taste.
Instructions:
- Lets prepare the burger in a bowl, first Heat the frying pan and put the minced beef to it, then add 1 teaspoon of onion powder, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, and 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning in it.
- After now, add the salt and black pepper as per your taste. Cook the beef with all the spices until it gets browned for almost 5-7 minutes. Remove all the excess liquid and turn off the gas.
- The next step is to make the burger sauce. For that, you need to combine – 4 tablespoon of sour cream, 4 tablespoon of ketchup, 2 tablespoon of soy sauce, ½ tsp of garlic powder, ½ tsp of onion powder, ½ tsp of maple syrup, and salt and black pepper as per your taste. Mix all these together to make the burger sauce.
- Now time for assembling all these together. Place a large head layer of lettuce, add the tossed beef, and cover with avocado, red onions, pickles, and halved cherry tomatoes.
