  • ½ cup of rolled oats( almost 50g )
  • ½ cup of unsweetened Almond Breeze Almond milk(120mL)
  • ¾ small spoon of honey or pure maple syrup
  • ¼ small spoon of pure vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup of fresh or frozen blueberries(25g)

Ingredients for toppings: 

  • ¼ cup of fresh blueberries
  • ½ small spoon of hemp seeds
  • ½ small spoon of flaxseed meal
  • Little bit of honey or maple syrup

Instructions to be followed to making blueberry overnight oats at home:

  1. Take a 16-ounce mason jar and then add the rolled oats, unsweetened almond breeze almond milk, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract into the jar and mix them properly.
  2. Keep stirring everything and then add the blueberries.
  3. Now, stir again all the things and cover the jar with the lid and then put the mason jar into the refrigerator overnight or for at least 4-5 hours to let it get cooled.
  4. In the morning or whenever you are going to eat or serve it, just add a little more liquid and other toppings and have it.
