Banana Pudding Recipe for Dessert, Breakfast, Dinner

This dish just needs a few ingredients and most of the ingredients are in our home all the time like bananas, condensed milk, etc.

For this dish, if you don’t have instant vanilla pudding mix then you can add instant banana pudding mix but I prefer to use instant vanilla pudding mix.

Ingredients

  • Cream cheese– 1 block
  • Sweetened condensed milk 1 can
  • instant vanilla pudding mix 1 larger box
  • Milk 3 cups
  • Vanilla extract 2 teaspoon
  • Cool whipped and thawed whipped topping 1 tub
  • Nilla wafers 1 box
  • Peeled and sliced bananas- 5-7

Instructions

  • Take a bowl and add 1 block of cream cheese.
  • Now with an electric mixer or blender, beat it at medium speed. You have to beat it till it turns smooth and fluffy.
  • Now add sweetened condensed milk.
  • Now add pudding mix.
  • Add vanilla extract and milk.
  • Now mix it well.
  • Now add whipped topping around half of the tub.
  • Now we will prepare the layer.
  • Take a trifle dish or in a 9×13 baking dish and make a layer of vanilla wafers. Add 1/3 of it.
  • Now make a layer of sliced bananas.
  • Now cover all bananas with pudding mixture as a top layer. Pour around 1/3 of it.
  • Continue the same process until you make three layers like this.
  • In the last top it with whipped topping.
  • Now use plastic wrap and cover it.
  • Now keep in the refrigerator for 2 hours. It will become thick in 2 hours.
  • Now you’re chilled and super delicious and the best banana pudding is ready.
  • It’s so tasty then as it gets ready you can wait a minute to taste it and trust me you will love the taste so much that you might eat all of it.

Tips to consider

  • Bananas turn brown quickly if you leave it as it is for a few minutes. To avoid this, sprinkle a little bit of citric acid powder. Do remember you have to sprinkle a little bit. Sprinkling more and affecting the flavor and taste.
  • You can coat sliced bananas with a little bit of lemon juice or orange juice. Again remember to coat a little bit only.
