  • 15 oz of pumpkin puree, always uses the puree of the pumpkin, not the fillings available in the market.
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups of white sugar
  • 1 cup of vegetable oil
  • 3 cups of all-purpose flour
  • 2 small spoons of baking soda
  • ¾ small spoon of salt
  • 1 and half small spoons of ground cinnamon
  • ½ small spoon of ground ginger
  • ¼ small spoon of clove
  • ½ small spoon of ground nutmeg
  • 1 and ¼ cups of mini chocolate chips

Instructions for making the chocolate chips pumpkin bread at home:

  1. Start to preheat the oven at 350F degrees and prepare 2 loaf tins greasing them and lining them with parchment paper.
  2. Take a large bowl and add the pumpkin puree, eggs, sugar, and vegetable oil in and start to whisk everything.
  3. After this, add the flour, baking soda, salt, and spices, and then combine everything nicely with a spatula until no streaks of flour remain.
  4. Now, stir in 1 cup of mini chocolate chips gently into the mixture.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf of tins and divide the batter equally into the tins.
  6. Now, top the loaves with the extra mini chocolate chips.
  7. Start baking the loaves at 350F degrees for about 45-50 mins. Or until a toothpick inserted into the middle of each loaf of bread comes out clean.
  8. After this, cool it on a wire rack in their tins for about 10 mins before removing the loaves from the pans to cool completely before slicing.
