Ingredients required for making Pizza Roll-Ups:

  • ⅔  cup of Almond flour for preparing the cover
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Cup of Shredded Mozzarella cheese

Now, ingredients for making the fillings:

  • ¼ small cup of pepperoni(chopped)
  • ½ Cup of Mozzarella Cheese
  • Sauce for dipping(your preference)
  • 2 Spoon of Green Peppers

Instructions to be followed while making the Pizza Roll-Ups:

  1. First, melt the Mozzarella Cheese using a microwave. Put the melted cheese in the bowl.
  2. Now, stir the egg and add almond flour to it, and mix it well.
  3. Put the mixture in between two parchments and roll it properly to make it flat.
  4. Remove the parchments after rolling and then place the rolled dough on the baking sheet.
  5. At 425F, put it into the microwave for 5 mins.
  6. Check it and when it is baked cut it into 4 equal rectangular parts.
  7. Now, put the toppings like Mozzarella, Pepperoni, Green Peppers, and also the things you like.
  8. Bake it for another 10 mins and flip the side in between so that both sides can be baked properly.
