Ingredient List:

To make these low carb pancakes, you need:

  • Two eggs
  • 125 grams of hazelnuts
  • 5 ml of liquid sweetener
  • Two tablespoons of flour or protein powder
  • One teaspoon for cinnamon powder
  • low-fat milk, as much as needed
  • One pinch of salt
  • oil to fry

  • a mixing bowl
  • an electronic hand mixer
  • a coated pan
  • ladle

PROCEDURE – How to Cook:

This is a very easy and quick recipe. So you can even prepare it for your teenage kids or yourself on weekdays.

  1. Crack the eggs and add it to a mixing bowl.
  2. Now, add the hazelnuts, liquid sweetener, flour and cinnamon, salt and milk. If you are in a strict weight loss regimen, replace the flour with protein powder. Take ⅓ rd tablespoon of protein powder for each one tablespoon of flour.
  3. Mix with an electronic hand mixer. Pour and whisk with enough milk to make a smooth viscous paste.
  4. Now place a hot pan on the stove. Brush some oil. Fill a ladle with enough dough batter and spread it in a circular format on the pan. Fry on both sides till golden brown.
  5. Sprinkle with cinnamon powder. Serve hot.
