Ingredients Required for Preparing Vanilla Waffles:

To prepare waffles you’ll need these ingredients.

  • 4 whole eggs
  • 100 grams plain yogurt
  • 60 grams unsalted butter
  • 10 tbsp vanilla flavored protein powder
  • 6 tsp rye or spelled wholemeal flour
  • 2 tbsp xylitol

Tools Required for Preparing Vanilla Waffles:

  • Microwave
  • Beater or hand mixer
  • Medium-sized Bowl
  • waffle iron
  • measuring spoons

Instruction – How to Make:

  • In a medium-sized microwave-safe bowl add butter and heat it for 30 seconds in a microwave until it becomes liquid in the state.
  • Take it out and add other ingredients such as eggs, flour, plain yogurt, vanilla flavor protein powder, and xylitol. Stir the mixture well with a beater or a hand mixer until everything mixes well.
  • Now, put the batter into waffle iron and you are done with the recipe part.
  • Garnish it with your favorite fruits or sugar-free fruit syrup to make it a perfect summer recipe!

I usually top it with strawberries and my favorite blueberries but my kids love it with vanilla ice cream and lots of fruits.
