Main Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ lbs boneless skinless chicken breast tenders
  • 1/3 Cup honey
  • 1/3 Cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp garlic (properly minced)
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  •  2 tbsp sesame seeds

Tips to be Noted:

  • If you like a bit tangy, you can add a bit of rice wine vinegar to the sauce. 
  • A teaspoon of sesame oil will give a smoky flavor to the dish.

Instructions

  1. Chop the big piece of chicken into the small and equal rectangular or triangle pieces to give the recipe a restaurant look.
  2. Now take a bowl and put all the pieces of chicken in it.
  3. Add the above-mentioned ingredients like the soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, natural honey, and garlic in the same quantity mentioned above. Lastly, add salt and black pepper as per your taste, as much as you like, and massage the chicken in the spices.
  4. Heat a pan on medium-high heat, and transfer all the chicken to the pan along with all the liquid created by the sauce. Cook the chicken by stirring it for about five minutes.
  5. Now turn the heat to high, and cook the process for 10 to 15 minutes, till the sauce gets thick. Make sure to Stir the chicken in between, so as it doesn’t stick to the pan. 
  6. After the sauce gets thick and is mixed with the chicken properly, add sesame seeds to it and stir it again.
  7. Turn off the gas.
  8. Wait for five minutes and let the chicken settle properly
  9. Serve it with a good plating.
